NSOE was created 30 years ago and quickly established itself as one of the leading language schools in Nouméa, teaching English to locals. A decade later, the nickel mining boom and its associated expat influx created a demand for French language lessons. In 2015, TETC and NSOE joined forces to offer quality, Australian students focused, programs and launched l’École de Langues NSOE.
